Are you on long-term warfarin therapy and feel you would like to be more in control of the management of your condition? The CoaguNation Bus will be stopping at locations across the UK and Ireland between 1st May and the end of July 2008 and will provide an opportunity for you to find out more about how you might be able to simply and safely test your own blood at home. You will have the opportunity to talk to a local healthcare professional about self-testing, meet other patients with experience of self-testing, see demonstrations of self-testing kits and ask any questions you might have. There will be educational materials available that you can take home with you.
