CoaguNation Bus Tour

AntiCoagulation Europe is collaborating with Roche Diagnostics Ltd to coordinate the CoaguNation Bus Tour.

Are you on long-term warfarin therapy and feel you would like to be more in control of the management of your condition?

Would you like to reduce the amount of time you spend travelling to and attending clinics but don't know where to start?

Have you heard about self-testing but feel unsure about whether you would be suitable?

Do you have a friend or relative on warfarin and want to find out more on their behalf?

If so, the CoaguNation Bus Tour is for you.

The CoaguNation Bus will be stopping at locations across the UK and Ireland between 1st May and the end of July 2008 and will provide an opportunity for you to find out more about how you might be able to simply and safely test your own blood at home.

You will have the opportunity to talk to a local healthcare professional about self-testing, meet other patients with experience of self-testing, see demonstrations of self-testing kits and ask any questions you might have. There will be educational materials available that you can take home with you. In addition, if you are interested in purchasing a CoaguChek XS kit (a self-testing kit from Roche Diagnostics Ltd) you will receive a special CoaguNation Tour discount voucher worth £100.

For more information call free on 0808 100 7666 or visit www.onwarfarin.co.uk to find the event nearest you.
