Medical Alert identity Card

Now you can get a credit card sized card that carries your vital medical information.

We know that many of you forget, or find it inconvenient, to carry your yellow book because you are worried about losing it or find it too bulky. Some clinics have also discontinued using the yellow book.

So AntiCoagulation Europe has teamed up with MediPAL to offer you a safe way of carrying your important information with you and with the convenience of being the size of a credit card.

Made from hard-wearing plastic, it contains details of your warfarin therapy and other medication, plus contact numbers for your clinic or GP and your next of kin. This could be vital in the case of a medical emergency. Remember you may not always be conscious or able to give the information yourself.

You can obtain a MediPAL card as part of our Gold Membership package for the very special price of £9.49 (+ £7.50 membership): the usual price for the card alone is £14.99.

The £9.49 is a one-off payment and the card can be updated free twice is its lifetime.

If you are already a member and don't want to wait until your renewal is due, then email or write to us and quote 'INReview promotion'.

NEW! Such is the success of the MediPAL Card ®, AntiCoagulation Europe (UK) has asked MediPAL to provide a solution for our new and existing members who live or work in Europe. Euro MediPAL® will be printed in the European language of your choice.

EURO MediPAL® is made from hard wearing plastic, has a green cross to alert the emergency services and fits easily in a purse or wallet. More importantly, it contains details of your WARFARIN therapy and any other medication and medical history you may want to add. It also shows the name and contact details of your doctor and your next of kin.

This could be vital in the case of a medical emergency. Remember you might not always be conscious or able to give the information yourself! All the information you need if you are taken ill or have an accident.

Cost 26 Euros (£17.99): price includes 2 free updates and postage.
